A beloved Korean dish, @sageinfused has given us her spin on this classic. An insanely delicious combination of sweet potato noodles, the best and freshest organic veg, local grass fed beef and aromatic flavours. Quick and easy to whip up, we can tell you it hits the spot!
- 1 servings cooked organic sweet potato noodles (or your favourite noodles)
- 1 serving local stir fry beef marinated in 1 tbsp organic soy sauce 1 tsp organic minced garlic
- 1 organic carrot thinly sliced
- 1/4 organic capsicum thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup organic mushrooms
- 1/4 organic onion sliced
- 1/2 packed cup blanched organic baby spinach
Sauce: 2 tbsp organic soy sauce, 1 tsp organic sugar, 1 tsp organic sesame oil, pepper to taste
METHOD
1. In a pan fry off beef until cooked through then set aside.
2. In the same pan sauté organic carrots, organic capsicum, organic onion and organic mushrooms for 1-2 minutes on high heat
3. Add to a bowl with cooked rice noodles and blanched organic baby spinach
4. Pour over the sauce and mix well!
