Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 1/4 cup 80 degree water
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 cup Byron Bay Pecan Milk
- 1 handful of ice cubes
Method:
1. Place the matcha powder in a small bowl pour the 80 degree water over top and whisk (ideally using a matcha whisk, or stir using small timber spoon)
2. If you like a touch of sweetness, stir the honey into the water
3. Pour the pecan milk into a glass and place the ice cubes in, then pour the matcha mixture over top and watch the beautiful green swirls.
