A super simple peanut butter recipe- perfect to make with your kids these school holidays.
We love adding our home-made peanut butter to our snack plate. Our fave is slathered over crunchy celery or sweet apple slices!
What you'll need:
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
- additional salt to taste
*Please not that the peanuts we have in stock are NOT in their shells.
Method:
- Place peanuts in a food processor or blender and let it run for 4-5 minutes. You will see the peanuts go in stages from crumbs to a dry ball to a smooth and creamy “liquid” peanut butter. Stir in the honey and any additional salt, if you want.
- Store in a jar in the fridge or pantry!
