Ingredients:
- 3 ripe organic bananas
- 1/4 cup organic egg whites
- 1/3 cup organic coconut milk
- 1/3 c vanilla yogurt pro
- 1 c spelt flour
- 1/4 cup organic coconut sugar
- 1/4 c vanilla organic protein
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup organic dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cardamom, ginger, nutmeg or your favourite spice!
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Salt
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Place ripe bananas in a bowl in mash with a fork then add in egg whites, coconut milk and yoghurt and mix well.
3. Then add in spelt flour, coconut sugar, salt protein powder baking soda and powder and mix until combined.
4. Divide the mixture into two bowls and add cocoa powder and chocolate chips to one andΒ spicesΒ to the other.
5. Using an ice cream scoop or spoon scoop the mixture into a lined baking dish one spoon of each at a time to create a marbled effect.
6. Bake for 35-45 mins and let cool completely before serving!
