Ingredients:
1/2 block extra firm tofu cut into strips
2 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
Toasted sesame seeds
Rice paper sheets
Radish
Sprouts
Lettuce mix
Cucumber
Capsicum
Carrot cucumber
Sauce
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
Mixed together
Mix together gochujang soy sauce, water and sesame seeds. Heat up oil in a sauce pan and add in tofu and the gochujang sauce and fry for 2-3 mins. Slice the vegetables thinly and layer then on rice paper rolls, and roll!
Combine the ingredients for you dipping sauce and serve on the side of your rolls.
