Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates ( Healthy Version)

Ingredients:
8 medjool dates 
1/4 c almond meal 
1/4 c protein powder I used @bushtuckerblend
1/4 c + 2 tbsp tahini 
70% dark chocolate melted 

Method:
1. In a large bowl mix together almond meal protein powder and tahini until fully combined 
2. Cut dates length ways and take out the pit and stuff with batter then close 
3. Cover with melted chocolate and set in the freezer for 30 mins! Store in the freezer xx
