Save this recipe!! A perfect accompaniment to roast beef, baked salmon oo barramundi or whatever you fancy. The dill and Dijon mustard adds such a delicious kick and kind of gives Big Mac vibes 🤣 🍔
Here’s how to make it:
Chop up the cauliflower and steam for 15 minutes. Add to a baking dish and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter then add the flour and stir. Allow to cook for 5 minutes then add the milk, 1 cup at a time continuously stirring until it thickens and is smooth. Add the mustard and dill and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the béchamel sauce over the cauliflower and top with the almonds and cheese. Bake in the oven/grill for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and the almonds are crispy. Top with some more fresh dill and serve.
