Chicken & Vegetable Soup

This delicious version is soup for the body and the soul, enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

 

METHOD

  1. Cut up vegetables into small cubes, leaving the broccoli florets in a separate bowl.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  3. Bring 3 litres of water to boil
  4. Add the chicken and bone broth and turn down to a slow simmer.
  5. Continue to slowly simmer, covered for 45 minutes
  6. Add vegetables (not broccoli) and simmer for further 30minutes uncovered.
  7. Add broccoli florets and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley
  9. Serve with Bread Social crunchy sourdough
