INGREDIENTS;
Chicken meatballs
- 500g organic chicken mince
- Handful of , chopped herbs
- Sprinkle of Salt and pepper
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 large jar passata
- chopped Tatsoi or your favourite greens
- 1 tin of Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Combine chicken meatball ingredients and roll into small balls then place in a baking dish
3. Pour the sauce ingredients around the meatballs in the dish and place in the oven for ~20mins or until meatballs are cooked through.
4. Whilst that’s in the oven cook your pasta. Serve nice and hot with herbs and cheese. Bon Appétit!
