Caramelised Date & Banana Sourdough Crumpets

Method

  1. Chop dates in half
  2. Add a teaspoon of ghee to pan on low heat, add dates and heat through.
  3. Add banana, maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon - cook until hot & sticky
  4. Toast sourdough crumpets
  5. Top with delicious mixture, crème fresh & cinnamon
