Ingredients
- Sourdough Crumpets
- Handful of organic dates, chopped
- Tablespoon of Ghee
- Good splash of maple syrup
- Banana
- Cinnamon Spice
- Crème Fraiche
Method
- Chop dates in half
- Add a teaspoon of ghee to pan on low heat, add dates and heat through.
- Add banana, maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon - cook until hot & sticky
- Toast sourdough crumpets
- Top with delicious mixture, crème fresh & cinnamon
