Looking for something fun and firey for breaky, then this is for you!
Ingredients:
Serves 1 -
- 2 x Tortillas
- 1 tbsp Olive oil or ghee
- 2 Eggs, whisked
- 1 cup Kale, washed and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp japanese Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp Thyme Feta
- Drizzle of Hot sauce (optional)
- 1 cup of Ginger Necktar
Method:
1. Warm your tortillas, sautée the mushrooms in olive oil and the Worcestershire sauce.
2. Next sautée the kale in more olive oil and then scramble the eggs.
3. Assemble all on top of the tortillas, crumble the feta on top, drizzle on the hot sauce.
4. Serve with a glass of ginger nectkar for the best breakfast ever!
