- 500g grass fed beef strips
- 1 organic cucumber
- 1 organic red capsicum
- 2 organic tomatoes
- handful organic green beans
- 1 organic tatsoi or pok choy
- 1 organic lime
- 1/4 organic coriander
- 1 cup organic rice
Method:
1. Cook your rice and set aside. You can serve the rice as is or pan fry it a little with the coriander roots, lime zest, soy & sesame oil.
2. Chop your capsicum into match sticks shape A.K.A Julienne Cut to have a nice texture.
3. Slice cucumber and chop tomatoes.
4. Top & tail green beans and pan fry with tatsoi using the same pan where you will cook the beef to save your time on wash up.
5. Cook your beef strips with a little ginger if you got some, soy sauce, sesame oil.
Serve in a bowl and top up with hemp seeds or sesame seeds for texture.
