Some fun and festive delicious homemade dips for your Christmas Day platter!
Beetroot Feta Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 Beetroots
- 1 tub thyme feta
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2tbs Olive oil
- Pinch of Salt
- Top with Tweed Valley Maca n’ Spice
- Mary's Seeded Crackers
Method:
1. Wash, dice and roast the beetroots until cooked through.
2. Blitz the beetroot in a blender or food processor
3. Empty into a bowl then mash in the feta, lemon juice and salt. Mix until combined.
4. Place into a beautiful ceramic bowl and sprinkle some tweed valley Maca Spice Dukkah.
5. Serve with Mary’s Crackers !
Avo Lime Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 ripe avocados depending on size
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Pinch of salt
- Top with Tweed Valley Maca n’ Spice
- Mary's Seeded Crackers
Method:
1. Mash the avo, lime juice and salt together.
2. Top with Tweed Valley Maca n’ Spice
3. Serve with Mary’s Crackers !
