Be My Valentine Chocolate Mousse

Delicious, easy and secretly very nutritious.
Featuring beautiful high quality organic dark chocolate, this mousse is the perfect dessert to add to your valentines day menu.


  • 1 x 300g block silken tofu, drained
  • 100g organic dark chocolate , cut into small pieces 
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder 
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup 
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla paste 
  • Extra melted chocolate to drizzle on 
  • Fresh berries to serve


1. Before you start, take the tofu out of the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Open the silken tofu and drain the water out.
3. Cut and melt the dark chocolate
4. In the bowl of a food processor, add the silken tofu, cacao powder, maple syrup, and melted dark chocolate.
5. Blend until it forms a consistent mousse. You may have to stop the food processor a few times, scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat until all the ingredients come together.
6. Transfer the mousse into small glasses or bowls and top them with fresh berries and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
7. Store them in the fridge for 1 hour before serving to your Valentine.
