Super easy recipe that will fill hungry tummies come the afternoon.
1.5 cups organic rolled oats
1 1/4 cup flour of choice
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup raw sugar (or extra honey)
60g melted butter
Either blitz or mash the bananas and add to a bowl with the melted butter, egg and honey. Mix to combine. Then add in the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar and stir until combined. Add to muffin cases and sprinkle with extra oats and hemp seeds (optional) and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container. Also suitable to freeze.
