In a jar combine
- 1 cup GF Oats
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- ½ green apple grated
- ½ cup coarsely chopped nuts or seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Approx 2/3 cup of almond milk or enough to cover the dry ingredients in the jar.
- 1 Banana
- Combine all ingredients in jar, less banana and a hand full of almonds
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, take out of fridge.
- Top with yoghurt and your favourite fruit/nuts to serve
Note. You can warm in the microwave on a chilly morning
