Ingredients
- Fresh sourdough
- 1 avocado
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or basil
- Squeeze of lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Tweed Real Food Avo Smash Dukkah sprinkled on top
Method
Place the tomato, onion, avocado, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley, lemon and salt and pepper. Mix it then add generously on top of a piece of toasted sourdough and sprinkle with the Tweed Real Food Avo Smash Dukkah.
