Avo Smash on Sourdough


Classic Australian brunch this AVO SMASH recipe is next level with the inclusion of @tweedrealfood Avo Smash Dukkah.

Here’s how it's done. 

Serves 2




Place the tomato, onion, avocado, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley, lemon and salt and pepper. Mix it then add generously on top of a piece of toasted sourdough and sprinkle with the Tweed Real Food Avo Smash Dukkah.
