This recipe is very versatile and a good way to use up left over yoghurt. The yoghurt makes the pancake lighter and fluffier.
1 cup of Organic Self Raising Flour
2 cups of Organic Yoghurt
2-3 Organic Eggs
Mix in bowl and cook in a fry pan with ghee, butter or oil.
TIP: We like Ghee as it gives the buttery taste but never burns!
