This week we have local spray free cherry chillies. They are a habanero variety with the same fruity flavour and fiery heat!
Organic chillies are a great source of vitamin C, antioxidants especially betacarotene and did we say Vitamin C. Just 45g of raw chilli (45g) contains about 75mg of Vitamin C.
