Turnips are great in stocks and soups or roasted. Turnips also go well in curries and veggie bakes. We love making turnip chips.
Try adding turnips to your next potato bake, layering thinly sliced potatoes and turnips with a double cream, garlic , salt & pepper.
You can also caramelise turnips by cubing them and simmering them in your favourite stock, allow the liquid to evaporate as they cook for around 15 mins on the stove and then add some butter and (coconut) sugar and stir until they become sticky and camerlised.
