Fresh season shallots that have been lacto fermented with lemongrass and birds eye chilli. ALL the ingredients (minus the salt) were grown on the farm until they were naturally fermented to lock in the fresh flavour and nutrients!

Fermenting these ingredients together brings out the best of each while combining into a South East Asian style flavour, fresh, spicy and tangy. Perfect for Summer salads, smashed potato, grilled fish and more!

Shedhouse Farm located in the lovely Northern Rivers are of Kyogle uses fresh and seasonal produce from organic and sustainable farms to create food products that are low travel and low waste!
