Deliciously ripe pineapples are roasted over coals and combined with roasted chillies, garlic and ginger, to produce the perfect balance of sweet, smoky, salty, hot and sour. Both fresh and dried red chillies are used to create just the right amount of heat and it is sweetened with organic coconut sugar, this sauce is refined sugar free. Vegan and Gluten free.
Serving Suggestions: Delicious on eggs, fried chicken, with potato wedges and sour cream, alongside barbecue foods or asian dishes.
